It’s almost the end of the school year, and before summer break starts, we have to face the EOC.  This time of year can be stressful, but with the help of a good night sleep and the right diet, you have nothing to worry about.

These tests must be completed in order for you to graduate. The reason why we take the EOC is because the state has to make sure that each student is learning what they’re supposed to learn in the subjects: english 1, english 2, algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, chemistry, and physical science.

Just to be prepared, these are the dates for next week’s test. From april 26th  to may 14th are when the biology and english 2 EOC’s start. May 3rd to may 11th are when the algebra 1 and government EOC’s start.

To prepare for this, get a good night sleep. Eat a healthy and balanced breakfast in the morning. Mrs.Reitz, english 2 and yearbook teacher, said” Students should stay calm and stay focused. Try your best and this is information that you already know. Make sure to do the practice work your teacher gives you and to just be confident.”

Hopefully this helps anyone who is stressed about the exams.
