So many countries are involved, such as, Germany,Norway,Netherlands,U.S.,Canada and so many more. Although Norway is in the lead, players of all nations had some record breaking moments.

Chloe Kim,17-year-old American snowboarder, was the youngest Olympic gold medalist on snow. She is the youngest player in the x games, and won three gold medals.

Shaun white, snowboarder, won 3rd gold in half-pipe. This won was very important, because  of the failure of his first attempt at getting  his 3rd gold medal and the crash at the 2014 Sochi games.

Figure skating couple from Germany, Aljona Salvchenko and Bruno Massot won gold and was first place for their breathtaking performance on ice. This was also a huge win, because “The two-time world champions, who have said they would retire after the season, informed they are not planning to compete at the world championships next month.” according to reuters.com
